Kevin Shields' Fender Blender Introduced; Contains music and booklet.

Updated: Aug 22, 2023

If you go here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qkSSXhWviI) you can hear some playing using the Fender Blender that came with the first 100 units, credited to Kevin Shields. The message says "For intended effect, please play at 80 dB and above on speakers. - Kevin Shields." It was posted by a random Youtube user, and did not come from Fender or Reverb unlike the other video below.

Shields discusses his use of Roger Mayer's Active Fuzz and then coming across the Fender Blender while on tour in the US in 1989 at which time he begin integrating into the live show. And he discusses other ways this processor distinguishes itself from other electronics that aren't as responsive.

When I get the booklet and if it has anything interesting, I'll be sure to share it.
